I have over 14 years experience in full-time freelance work. I consider it my profession and treat it that way. I respond to inquiries and keep my clients informed all along the project time line.

I have done it all! My focus lately has been in the SQL Server 2003 area with Access front-end. I do work in VBA and pride myself in helping my clients work smarter and not harder. I am well versed in business processes of all types and can get up to speed quickly. I am used to the challenges of remote work and am not afraid of tackling them. My job is to increase your bottom line and productivity.

I pride myself in having the abilities to assess needs and to develop practical plans to meet these needs. I am used to short timelines for learning business systems and developing the corresponding database processes to fit into these systems.

Through the years I have helped several organizations to achieve growth by having quality databases to track what they need to track. My responsibility to my clients is not only the initial development, but suggestions for future development as well as to provide consultation on systems and business processes as the need arises.

I have been involved in developing projects from beginning to end. I have worked with teams and solo. Depending on the project need I either serve as the lead supervisor or as part of the existing team.

I have experience in small companies with small needs and large companies with large inventory and data conversion needs. It is my passion to use my programming skills to improve an employee's job process and help them to work smarter not harder using the power of a great database/business process.
