Manufacturing Database

Developed in Access an inventory system for a manufacturing company. Incorporated all aspects of the operation; Pre-orders, Production, QC, Testing, Shipping, and Billing. Includes inventory control and reporting feature. On-going development over last 5 years.

Afterschool Program Attendance and Billing Database

Afterschool program with over 100 families needed a more efficient way of tracking attendance, scheduling, billing and employee hours. Designed a comprehensive system in Access that is parent driven. Each family is given a username and password. They use that to login, that creates the attendance record for the date and time. This generates billing and allows for invoicing. Parents are able to modify future schedules and can send messages to the director upon logging in. Reporting, administration features and other features round out the program.

Attendance Program

Used for groups. Developed in Access. Users login and creates an attendance record. This allows for attendance tracking and reporting. Administration features allow for editing profiles.

Invoicing and Inventory Tracking Program for Pork Distributor

Developed an automated invoicing program in Access with SQL backend. The invoice numbers tie into inventory reporting and tracking.

PHP web forms

 Programmed web based input forms to email a designated address, write record to a text file and append the data, then upload to database for record keeping of information requests and additions to mailing list.
