Child Safety Check-up Reporting System
This is a program I developed for National Safe Kids. I made the intake form replicated their paper form for ease in data entry. This is a full reporting system as well. Most of the sites are grant funded and need to report on thousands of seats checked per year.



Childcare check in/out system
This is a child check-in and out system for churches, child care or after school programs. Each family has a unique account and is secured. Accomplishes automated billing and attendance. Sends out reminders and billing to parents.

 

Manufacturing Inventory Tracking and Control
This system tracks all aspects of a small manufacturing company, Purchase Orders, Invoicing, Production Inventory, Quality Control, all reporting. FDA compliant.

 

 
Filter Example
This filter finds records for a certain date range for editing. Has three other filters to account for as well.

 

 

 



Letter/Label filter Example
This filter allows the user to filter their address database by any field. Then they can choose to print Envelopes or labels based on the addresses selected.
